Our heating services include.. Installing smart gas meters in line with company and industry standards. Installing smart electric meters in line with company and industry standards. Completing testing in line with industry standards and codes of practice, fully reinstating appliances after job completion. Collecting and depositing meters to/ from the designated storage facility. Achieving and exceeding work performance targets and adhering to health and safety procedures. Completing and maintaining documentation and online booking system as required. The work is domestic and appointments will be pre-booked On call & out of hours work is required according to a rota and at a higher rate of pay. Able to work with energy suppliers to enter homes with warrant officers to disconnect the supply of energy due to courts proceedings.

We found Star cities on yellow pages, spoke to a pleasant young man on the telephone, we explained the problem and he told me that their man would be with me in a few hours. True to their word, a nice man called Simon arrived and got us back up and running with a temporary fix. He returned the next day with the required parts and now we are snug again.
Excellent work with Star cities heating. We had burst pipe when we were doing DIY.
They came within 30 minutes and fixed problem efficiently.
