We found Star cities on yellow pages, spoke to a pleasant young man on the telephone, we explained the problem and he told me that their man would be with me in a few hours. True to their word, a nice man called Simon arrived and got us back up and running with a temporary fix. He returned the next day with the required parts and now we are snug again.

Excellent work with Star cities heating. We had burst pipe when we were doing DIY.

They came within 30 minutes and fixed problem efficiently.

I will recommend

Very efficient and extremely friendly and helpful engineer called Simon.

You only pay for actual work time, not the time it takes them to unload their tools or go away to collect parts.

Would use again without hesitation.
